Our installations are carried out by fully-qualified engineers who have received training to ensure the successful installation of your new purchase. With this service, we are able to disconnect and remove your old appliance from your home as well as removing the packaging of your new appliance. For all costs please see the table below:

Servicing and Spare Parts
Our skilled service team can repair many electrical items, even if you didn't buy them from us. They are located at the same site as our head office and warehouse in Benfleet. We can service and repair almost any electrical item, from cookers to fridge-freezers, whether you purchased it from Stellisons or not.
Because our service team is on the same site as our large warehouse, our engineers can quickly access all the spare parts and accessories that we hold in stock, minimizing delays to you. If you purchase an item from us you can relax in the knowledge that, in the incredibly unlikely event that it goes wrong, we have a superb and speedy repair service staffed by well-trained engineers. If you have an appliance that wasn't purchased from one of our stores that needs repair or servicing, we can still do that for you.
