Our standard delivery service is available from 9 am to 5 pm through Monday to Saturday on all orders placed directly through us. For those customers with specific requests, we offer a bookable morning and afternoon slot at an added charge of £30 however we are unable to provide specific time slots. Alongside this, we do have the possibility of next-day delivery however this is available on a case-by-case basis and is not a guaranteed service that we can offer. Over periods of high demand such as the seasonal period, deliveries may take longer or operate at different hours.
All deliveries of large items are carried out by our in-house, two-man delivery team who are happy to deliver the product directly into your room of choice for no added cost. However, additional charges may be applied relating to issues with accessibility such as, but not limited to, excessive stair access or width restrictions.

Before your Delivery Arrives
If you need to contact us about arranging, rearranging or cancelling a delivery with us, please contact us at 01268 638055. We also may need to contact you on behalf of your order. For example, if you have purchased a large item such as an American fridge freezer, we may need you to sign a size confirmation form to allow our delivery to go ahead.
Our delivery team are able to give you a notice before your delivery gets to you on the day, offering up to 60 minutes of notice to give you the freedom to work around your delivery. However, we do not suggest booking fitters or external services around our delivery due to the fact that, occasionally, we may have to cancel a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays or vehicle breakdowns.
After your Delivery Arrives
Upon the arrival of your delivery, we will require a signature in order to confirm the completion of the delivery. During the completion of the delivery, we don't allow customers to assist in the unloading or moving of their items as it will be completed by the delivery team on site. We recommend customers inspect their items within 48 hours as, once this period has passed, we will no longer be liable for any damages found.
Should delivery be incomplete, we may charge an extra fee. This applies to reasons including refusal of delivery or incorrect delivery addresses. To avoid this, ensure your delivery details are correct and that you are available to collect your items on the date chosen.
